Infidel 2020 Best HD Movie

 

The movie's executive producer is Dinesh D'Souza, who helped the movie with his production firm D'Souza Media. It's the second collaboration between Nowrasteh and Caviezel, after The Stoning of Soraya M. (2008). Both movies deal with corruption and human rights abuses from the Iranian regime, and centre on overseas journalists (played with Caviezel) whose rights have been infringed upon and offended by the Iranian antagonists.

Doug Rawlins, a vocal Christian American writer, and blogger is contested by members of the Iranian regime while he's at Cairo, Egypt producing speeches. He's then taken into the Middle East and put on trial for incorrect and phony spying fees. His wife Liz, a State Department official, attempts to use her influence to obtain the American authorities involved. She needs the US authorities to receive back her husband. But she soon realizes that the American government isn't going to get involved. So she makes the decision to visit the Middle East to rescue herself.
